Security hole in Google Wallet revealed
Michael Roland, researcher at the NFC Research Lab Hagenberg, revealed security hole in Google Wallet.
Michael developed a prototype which emulates a smartcard and redirects the communication from the payment terminal via internet to the Google Wallet credit card of a mobile phone infected with spyware. This could allow third persons to abuse the mobile credit card via internet for payments.
Google honoured his work by listing him in their Security Hall of Fame.
